Takisada Nagoya Co., Ltd. is Japan's topclass fabric converter for wool. Leveraging years of experience with wool, the company has developed high-fashion recycled wool in the Bishu region. They provide fabrics that are unexpectedly light, warm, and comfortable, despite being made from recycled wool.
☆ RE:NEWOOL®: This wool-blend fabric is producted from recovered clothing materials, with every stage of the process—sorting, dehairing, spinning, weaving/knitting, and finishing—carried out in the Bishu region. By using dehaired fibers from collected garments, unused yarns, and cut-off scraps, it reduces water consumption and energy used for transportation and production compared to using virgin wool, thereby lowering CO2 emissions. Additionally, the synthetic fibers blended during spinning are also made from recycled materials.
☆ RESCWOOL®: This is a wool blend material that does not show OTHER in the blend ratio, and is blended with recycled nylon by reusing gray fabric residue, leftover yarn, cutting waste, etc. that are generated during the production of high-quality wool suit materials. Because it is a raw material with fibers that are slightly longer than regular wool, it produces fabrics with good yarn quality and a smooth texture.
